Migration complete

The migration is finished. Welcome to the new Mac Admins Slack.

Times are shown in UTC. Only the start time is fixed; the others are Slack's estimates and could move by a few hours.

  1. Slack goes offline Done

    Slack posts a notice about five minutes before, then signs everyone out.

  2. Sign-in reopens Done

    Sign in again on every device with your email and password.

  3. Direct messages caught up Done

    Direct messages finish migrating in the background.

Updates

  1. Slack Enterprise Migration has completed early - DMs and data still coming back in the background, and will take up to 18 hours.
  2. The migration started and Slack went offline.

Now Slack is back

  • Go to macadmins.slack.com and choose “Enter email and password”.
  • Sign in again on every device: desktop app, phone and browser.
